PRINTABLE FREE MANDALA COLORING PAGE

I have just printed this mandala coloring page myself to colour in - I am really looking forward to it - if you'f like to print it, click on the mandala coloring image and it will open full size - then press control key  and the letter P on your keyboard (on a PC) to print.

Colouring in has been shown to be very anti-stress and relaxing and some of the larger firms now supply their staff with corporate colouring books for relaxation purposes.  Mandalas are particularly relaxing due to their symbolism and  symmetry.
